Back to universities: what do students think? | report

Six months after leaving lecture theaters, college bars and college towns, it’s time to go home. They were last in their school attire and didn’t know it, said goodbye to friends hoping to come back a fortnight later and said the same bittersweet to the cities that welcomed them. Now, after giving birth and a summer I didn’t know much about on vacation, students are preparing to return in person to their studies, university life and educational institutions. For first-year students, never knowing what would be normal, a different integration is emerging, marked by the adaptation of universities (and life) to the epidemic of the new coronavirus.
