When a light breeze begins to chill on a summer night in São Teotónio, chef Alexandre Silva sets out to light two fires so visitors to Craveiral Farmhouse can relax. Since April, he changed the busy routine in Lisbon for the slow time of Alentejo to open the farm-to-table restaurant of this rural tourism.
